All items can be returned and refunds will be issued. Returns postage costs are strictly at the cost of the customer.

For a return to be valid, we must receive your returned order back at our store within 14 days of delivery for Irish customers, or 21 days of delivery for International customers. All returns conditions must be met to be eligible for a refund.

Items not received within the above timeframe will not be eligible for a refund and may incur a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note, any postage costs will not be refunded.

Returns are at our teams discretion and all items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, all our items are laundered before sale, any items not still in the same condition as when dispatched will be rejected.

Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. Dublin Vintage Factory does not take responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our returns department.
